Answering the Questions You Have About Our Services

Do you need a plumbing repair? Are you looking for professional help with a replacement or installation service? Pure Plumbing can help! However, we understand if you may have some questions about your service before we arrive. It’s not unusual to be curious about something, particularly when it involves a technician you may not know coming to your home.

To ease your mind and provide you with some of the information you’re seeking, we’ve created a list of the most common questions we receive as well as the answers to them. If you have a question about your service, check here and we may already have the answer you are looking for!

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash or check. We also accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes! We have proudly partnered with Greensky, Synchrony, and All Service Financing to offer a range of products, terms, and options so that you can find exactly what you are looking for. We can assist with the application process and financing companies pay us directly so there is minimal delay with getting started on your project.

Do You Offer Commercial Services?

While we do offer light-duty commercial services, we are not seeking commercial clients or commercial service contracts at this time.

What Are Your Hours of Operation?

We are available 24/7 for emergency services! Our normal office hours are 7:00AM to 6:30PM Monday through Friday as well as 7:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturdays and 8:00AM to 5:00PM on Sundays. However, our phones are always staffed and we have technicians on call nightly to help with after-hours and emergency needs.

How Much Do You Charge Hourly?

We do not charge by the hour. Rather, we charge a flat rate for each job we take. This ensures no surprise fees or unexpected price increases on the final bill. That means no overtime charges either! (Note: emergency and after-hours services may incur an additional charge, but this is also on a flat-rate, per-job basis.)

Do You Offer Senior or Military Discounts?

We do! We offer discounts for both military service members (both former and active) as well as senior citizens (65 and up). Our technicians apply this discount during your appointment, and only one discount may be applied per estimate.

Do You Do Over-the-Phone Quotes?

We understand that sometimes the idea of inviting a stranger into your home isn’t always appealing, particularly in this day and age. However, we are unable to offer quotes over the phone at this time. Because plumbing services are unique and problems may be deeper or more complicated than they seem, the only way to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and estimate is to have a skilled member of our team conduct an assessment and provide you with a quote in person. Our techs all utilize proper safety gear and sanitize their equipment after each use to protect themselves and you throughout the course of their visit.

Do You Have to Shut Off My Water?

It depends. When it comes to water lines or anything connected to them (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.), there’s a good chance that we will have to shut off your water for at least a little while in order to complete the service. How long your water will be off for will vary depending on the size or scope of your job. A technician should be able to give you a more accurate answer when providing you with an estimate.

Will You Have to Tear Open My Walls or Dig Up My Property?

We do the best we can to avoid this. Our electronic leak detection services help us find leaks without cracking through drywall, and our visual camera inspections can spot issues in sewer lines without any digging. However, if the problem calls for these services, then we might have to. Talk to a technician to learn more about your issue and how we can fix it.
